Introducing A Team Coaching

These past few months have been a time of great reflection. A time to consider how I best serve my community, my family and myself. I’ve spent my career as an advocate, mobilizer, oftentimes cheerleader, and educator, always coming back to a place where I worked to level the playing field on issues important to me and those that I love.

That’s why I’m so proud to officially share the launch of A Team Coaching, your partner in creating equitable organizations.

At A Team, our team is ready to support you on your journey to creating safer workplaces, teams, and community-serving groups with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through training and workshops, policy audits and development, mediation, toolkits, keynote speaking and more, we work hand-in-hand with our clients and pull from our expert network to be sure you have the right people at the table to reach your goals.

You’ll notice I’m doing this with a few familiar faces and I have to say, to go on this adventure with my kids has truly been a dream. Both in education and lived experience they are uniquely positioned to support our work with youth, in sport, and in family leadership. Angelina Simmonds, Adré Simmonds and AJ Simmonds, I am so proud to do this with you.

Emily Neil, thank you for helping create this vision. You have been there with us from day one, and I'm looking forward to seeing what is next for us.
